After my studies at Ghent University and a Master of Laws in social law at the ULB, I have been active in the various fields of labour law since 2012. In 2015, I joined Kwint, which was just founded at the time, and - in the meantime as partner of the firm - I can draw on more than 10 years of experience in individual and collective dismissal cases and in advising on various topics related to human resources within companies. In particular, I acquired my specialisation in the theme of working time. I am also regularly called upon to carry out in-house assignments for clients, which gives me an even better understanding of the ins and outs of an HR department and the importance and impact of customised social legal support.
