In September 2014, I started my career as a labour law lawyer at the Brussels Bar. In October 2016, I made the switch to the Ghent Bar and joined Kwint. Here I focus on all aspects of labour law. A special preference goes to HR consulting where I assist start-ups, SMEs and multinationals with their questions on cross-border employment, compensation & benefits, dismissal files, social inspections and social audits. I strongly believe in the importance of the lawyer-entrepreneur who - preferably from the start - thinks along with his clients and provides practical advice.
