Vincent Cauwels

I have been active as a lawyer specialised in social law since 2003. After my apprenticeship in the firm Van Eeckhoutte-Taquet-Clesse I worked in the firm Claeys & Engels for some ten years. Within the broad domain of social law I take a special interest in social security disputes, problems of fake self-employment, social inspections, social penal law, working with foreign sub-contractors, … Over the years I have built up extensive practical experience, I regularly gave seminars and have written several articles on various issues in this area. I strongly believe in the crucial role of a specialised lawyer as advisor and strategic counsellor of clients, preferably preceding the rise of conflicts. For this reason I attach great value to building a long-term relation of trust with my clients.
