Having more than twenty years of experience, today I dare to call myself a specialist in labour law and social security. In 2015, I was one of the founders of Kwint Advocaten, a firm that focuses exclusively on this area. Today, me and my team of co-workers assist multinationals as well as Belgian SMEs in all legal aspects of their personnel policy. Of course, dismissal cases form an important part of my practice, but I also assist employers with all their questions on employment contracts, working hours, wage policy, privacy, discrimination, protected employees, relations with trade unions and welfare at work. I have supervised several major reorganisations, often negotiating directly with trade unions. Finally, I represent both employers and executives in disputes, both in negotiations and in court.
