Kwint is a young and fast-growing law firm specialized in social law. Kwint advises companies and executives in all areas of labour law and social security law: dismissals, collective bargaining, strikes, social inspections, working time arrangements, compensation policies, and more.

The firm was founded in 2015 by Isabelle Quintyn, Maarten Simon, and Vincent Cauwels, with the ambition to provide clients with high-quality, personalized, and efficient service.
Since then, Kwint has grown into a well-established name in the field of social law, supported by a dynamic team of four partners, nine associates, and two administrative staff members.
